This photo of an old barn was taken down on the back side of the Blanchard Christmas Tree Farm in Oregon with the road going back to their fishing pond.

The first and most difficult for any of us is to love what we do and have what we love to do be our chosen profession. The second concerns what I produce as an artist. My creations are based on my day to day experiences and observations of humanity and their dealing with the predicament of life. I am not a purist nor do I seek total realism in my art but I try to offer something that will stir the imagination of the viewer. My pleasure is knowing that I may have taken the viewer away from the harsh reality of this world and given them a sense of wonderment and hope.
